Sharp was born from Rochester, New York, Sharp was a music enthusiast and was a clarinet player the piano, cello, and clarinet at the prestigious Hochstein School of Music. Sharp's enthusiasm for performing in high school led her to the Boston Conservatory, where she received an award. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. Sharp's initial focus was on the stage. She played in the Broadway National Tour of Carousel as well as debuted Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the improv comedy Eat the Runt, she played eight characters. Sharp has also been seen in Abyssinia and Aida. Other performances included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp is also working on other projects in the works, in addition to the productions for stage and screen. Sharp is still performing and is working on a full length album. Sharp, who is often on camera, behind it as well as in the studio to record music, is a fitness enthusiast. Sharp studies Krav Maga along with boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, walk and go on a long road trip. Sharp resides with her family in Los Angeles with family.
