Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian actor and singer most well known for her performance in Tamil as well as Malayalam films. Her acting debut was in the Tamil movie Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut with Annayum raolum. Andrea Jeremiah has been raised in the Tamil Nadu region in an Anglo-Indian family. Andrea's dad was an Madras High Court lawyer. There is a younger sister who resides in Leuven Belgium as researcher assistant. Jeremiah was brought up as a child in Chennai. He attended National Public School. After graduation, he studied at Women's Christian College. Andrea was able to begin studying piano at the age of eight. She was an avid enthusiast who aspired to become a psychiatrist. Young Stars is a Jackson Five style group that she became a member of at the age 10, which was the foundation of her musical and singing career. She was an actor at her college in various shows organized by The Madras Players or EVAM. Andrea was the President of Women's College's Student Senate. Andrea began her theatre career through Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. Andrea was in the lead role with Shiva as part of a coffee ad in 2006. She also acted in a serial which relayed in Podhigai channel. She's performed all across India. She appeared in a small part at the conclusion of Kanda Mudhal 2005. After she rendered a song for Gautham Vasudev Menon's film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiya he asked her to play in the role of a lead female character in his next film Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea portrays Kalyani who is a wife and mother whose man has an affair. Andrea was chosen for the part after actors Simran Shobana and Tabu were invited to audition for the film. The film was released in the early 2010s. In 2011 she agreed to perform a small supporting part that was released early in the year. Venkat Prabhu's film with a number of stars Mankatha which came out in August 2011. Annayum Rasoolum, a romantic film by Rajeev ravi released in 2013, was her Malayalam debut.
